Direct answers

Know what the system does.

Who is Plenode for?

Conference organizers, secretariat teams, chairs, delegates, and advisors working within Model UN.

Do conference delegates need accounts before arrival?

No. Organizers can assign each delegate’s committee and country in advance, then print a private entry code on the delegate’s badge.

Can a chair run one session without a full conference?

Yes. Quick Committee creates a room with a six-character join code. Delegates can join as restricted guests without email accounts.

Does Plenode decide procedure?

No. Plenode records and synchronizes committee state. The chair remains the final procedural authority.

What is included during beta?

Conference setup, scoped people and information tools, attendance, live committee controls, motions and points, and chair-certified voting records.
